What does it take to be an enterpreneur?
To tell yourself constantly that you are the creator of your world - that it begins and end with you.
To start a religion of followers.
To be responsible for all you create .....and sustain that creation...and that following you have garnered.
To understand that people think you are Infallible. That they expect you not to crumble under the 360 degree pressure of all sides : of managing clients expectations, your staff expectation, the shareholders expectations, your family's expectation....but most of all, the most critical and unforgiving one - your expectations.
To have your back against the wall and know you just need to keep fighting.
To constantly be afraid of failing but always fighting one more round, knowing that he who fights one more round is never defeated.
And that is why......you can NEVER teach enterpreneurship.
You have to take the plunge and either sink or swim.
